Due to their continued success they are looking to appoint 3 key members of their quantitative teams - 2 in Sydney and 1 in Melbourne. These dynamic positions will allow you to utilise a diverse range of skills acquired throughout your research career and ideally you will have vast experience in a mid level senior quantitative role previously.

Desired Skills and Experience 

The positions will be highly suitable to an individual with previous market research AGENCY experience

  • a thorough understanding of quantitative methodologies
  • minimum 4-5 years research agency experience, particularly across quantitative and tracking studies
  • although the role focuses on quantitative research, knowledge of qualitative research design is an asset
  • outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • strong research and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • tertiary degree in relevant position
  • a strong client focus with the ability to manage and build client relationships
  • ability to understand the client’s business in order to provide strategic insight
  • proven project management skills
  • the drive to contribute to the success of the team working with clients in either FMCG,  social/government or travel and tourism.
  • ability to immediately take on key clients
